Bayou fresh seafood has delicious food, great service and their new restaurant spot is spacious and very nice. Definitely recommend if you're in Jasper.
DO NOT come here unless you want to wait an hr or longer to be served . I ordered sushi rolls to go nothing else . Wait an hr in the parking lot then go inside and they tell me they ran out of RICE ... So another 30 mins . This is a waste of time just go to sakura if you want sushi .
We visited here on my first night back to Bama.Really good food! The fried sushi was so yummy.
This place is a hole on the wall. My coworker and me weren’t sure about this place since it is inside a gas station. But let me tell y’all... this place is awesome.From the service (I cannot remember our servers name) but both times we went service was top notch, to the food which is so good!!! Highly recommend this place. Great food, service and good price for the portions you get.
Every time I come to Alabama I make it a point to stop by for their sushi. It is always fresh and creative. The staff are personable and no matter how busy it is, they make it a point to check in.Don't let the fact that their establishment is a part of a gas station dissuade you. This place is incredible.
So glad to see the upgrade to the new Building! Food and service were excellent as always, especially our server Bailey who even remembered us even though we haven't been here since 2023! Awesome place so glade to see them growing!
When I rate this as hands down the best Cajón cuisine and Sushi 🍣 house in a two state radius, believe it to be true. Very cosy, small interior, but don't be fooled by the location. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable servers, owners are the best, and watching the wife's hands expertly create my eel Nigiri and other delicious plates was an absolute pleasure. I definitely also recommend the Gator Po'boy. 10/10/10. Put this place in your GPS and enjoy, but not on Sunday or Monday - the two days this amazing place takes a rest.
Servers were friendly but the food was very disappointing. The sushi taste like straight plastic. The chicken tender plate and shrimp/ catfish plate was literally portioned for a child but very expensive. The food was NOT enough for the ridiculous prices. Snow crab was over cooked also. 0/10 do not recommend.
